Lovely two bedroom Centre Court villa which is centrally located in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! Easily walk to the George Fazio Golf Course, General Store and Robert Trent Jones Golf Course!

The kitchen is nicely appointed and comes fully-stocked with everything you'll need to create a homecooked meal. The kitchen bar seats two. The dining area is just beyond the kitchen and seats six comfortably.

The living room is filled with comfortable, beach-centric furniture along with a Smart TV. There is a large sliding door which leads to your private deck!

The primary bedroom is huge and features a king bed, Smart TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom consists of a two sink vanity and tiled tub and shower combination.

The guest bedroom is immense as well, this time with two queen beds, Smart TV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom is similar to the primary with its tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside you'll be able to enjoy comfortable seating with a very nice wooded and lagoon view!

The beach is easily accessed by a short walk or even shorter bike ride. Transportation by the Palmetto Dunes Buggy to the beach or anywhere else within the resort is available as well. This is a free, on-call and seasonal service provided by the Palmetto Dunes Property Owner's Association.
