This central home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable family getaway or a productive work trip.
The multiple living zones offers privacy, space and the alfresco is perfect to enjoy all year round, including a barbecue and a cozy dining space.
Located close to Geelong's CBD, GMHBA Stadium, the breathtaking Surf Coast and the iconic Great Ocean Road, our location offers convenient access to a range of attractions and activities for everyone to enjoy.
The space
The home has a lounge room perfect for movie nights or a private space to wind down, with a comfy U shape couch and large TV.
The second living zone is situated at the back of the home with full view of the private yard. This living zone also flows onto the dining room which has beautiful glass doors that open up to the undercover alfresco, which is perfect for a BBQ or small gathering with friends and family.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining and you are supplied with complimentary tea, coffee, milk sugar as well as staple cooking items.
The home can comfortably sleep 6 guests, linen and towels provided for an additional linen fee. There are 2 bedrooms, twin share (one double, one king) and there is a fold out double sofa for additional 2 guests.
There is a central bathroom with a large shower and separate bath. The laundry is fitted with a washing machine and dryer.
There is a large carport for off-street parking as well as plenty of street parking. The home is located in a residential area and the local noise schedule applies.
The backyard can be fully enclosed, with a gate on each side of the house. There are fruit trees to pick as well as plenty of room for outdoor play/enjoyment.

Guests have full access to the home.
Other things to note
Cleaning charge covers approx. 1.5-2 hours of cleaning and linen & towels for up to 4 guests. Additional linen and towels (2) for 3rd twin bed is $25.00.
Pet fee - $50 per pet to cover additional cleaning
Upon booking, your host will be in contact and arrange a guest agreement, ID verification and hold of credit card details on file which is then deleted after your stay.
