Nicely furnished, floor-to-ceiling windows, north and east aspects, entertainerâs deck, 8-seater dining table. Parking for one car in the driveway and one in the garage if you're willing to do-si-do. The floors are tiled, the bedrooms have new carpet, and the whole place is nice and clean.
Youâre 2 km from everything: Eastern beach swimming pier, Deakin Uni, Geelong & N Geelong stations, hospitals, Newtown. Youâre at the Paris end of Pako (Pakington St); walk to the shops in 8 minutes.
The space
We are at the back of the block on a quiet street. We have close neighbors, so the place is suited for people looking for quiet enjoyment of this private but social and open space.
The kitchen is stocked with high-quality Italian stainless and enamel cookware. We've decorated with touches of Australiana for the kids, and for the kid in all of us. When you're not enjoying the large windows, you can look at our local photographs and oil paintings.
One of the sofas folds out to a double bed, so the space can accommodate six guests. We add a small nightly fee for more than four adults. Free, on-site parking and laundry.
If you have more than two housebroken pets or more than four adults, feel free to message us to see if we can accommodate your group.
The house is all one one level. No stairs!

The whole place is yours! We're flexible with check-in and check-out times as long as we don't have conflicting bookings.
Other things to note
The second bathroom is an outdoor bathroom. It's refreshing, great for getting clean after a surf, and really nice for keeping the main bathroom from getting too steamy. Just walk around the back deck to the left.
We have a large outdoor deck and BBQ area that is also fully fenced and secure for pets, but only a small patch of lawn/dirt for pets to do their business. The waterfront is nearby for dog walking!
The house has two TVs (living room and bedroom) and a ChromeCast that you can use. The TVs are also compatible with set-top boxes like AppleTV and FireStick.
The garage has one open side. You cannot see it from the street or in the pictures, where you can see the garage door. Around the side, the garage has one open wall. If you're worried about outdoor storage for bikes, surfboards, etc -- don't worry. There's plenty of secure space in the side yard and on the back deck.
We share the driveway with the neighbors. There is plenty of street parking, room for one of your cars in the driveway, and one in the garage if you're willing to do-si-do.
Rental Agreement
We sign a lease for every stay. We use the standard Consumer Affairs Victoria Residential Rental Agreement.
