Amazing property!

We had an awesome time at this property! Check in was smooth, very comfortable and quiet, and location was close to my family here in Virginia. Will definitely stay here again next trip to visit my daughter!!

Colonial Beach fun

Very tidy and well kept home. Everyone loved the stay and I enjoyed my convos with Shauda. She was very nice and accommodating.

Colonial Beach

Perfect house, just as it is in the pictures. Stayed here with my kids to go fossil hunting in the area. Host is super responsive and accommodating, goes above and beyond. Super clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Will be back.

Awesome house in a quiet neighborhood. The bed in the second room needs a new mattress as it dips to the middle when we laid down. The owners did a great job making this house feelLike home very clean, well stocked with everything you may need.Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Amazing first stay

Location was great and quiet. Friendly neighbors who when you pass them. Home comes with plenty of cookware and toilet trees in case you forget something. Plenty of room for bigger parties that stay and nice back porch and grill for a quiet, yet eventful time with friends and family. Couldn’t recommend enough. Will definitely look to reserve this house again in the future

Sisters retreat

This was the perfect halfway point for my sister and I to meet up for a mini vacay. The home is beautiful with all the amenities you will need to feel like your at your own home away from home. Shaunda is Amazing!! WOW!

This House was not a House ..it was a Real Home. Beautifully decorated with everything you could ever need. The Host was Super easy to communicate with and shared points of interest and the local town events. I was so happy to be welcomed by the neighbors with smiles and gentle waves.Comfortable and felt extremely safe. Definitely had a wonderful peaceful stay. Had morning tea on front deck and BBQ on the back. I did not want to leave. Even the local wildife came to say hello ! 3 beautiful ducks. This visit will always remain in my heart ❤️ Thank you
