Location: Our stunning condo is located in Bella Monte at Desert Ridge, one of north Phoenix/Scottsdale’s premier gated luxury communities. Located on the JW Marriott's Wildfire Faldo Golf course 6th hole, it is within walking distance to spectacular restaurants, nightlife, movies, and fabulous shopping at the Desert Ridge Marketplace and High Street. It is also positioned on a quiet, cul de sac-like area with additional parking and less traffic. Just a few minutes from Highway 101 and about 5 minutes to the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) or Highway 51. World-class golf courses like Troon North, Grayhawk, and TPC Scottsdale-the home of the Phoenix Open are minutes away.

Within the Bella Monte development, the condo is located near one of three elegant community pools, which each have spas, fitness centers and gas bbq's for entertaining.

Adjacent to the living room, a den provides space to relax, read and use your computer. The pullout queen sofa, complete with a memory foam mattress, offers additional overnight guest accommodation. A large private patio offers a relaxing, furnished retreat to enjoy a glass of wine while taking in a sunset across the 6th hole of the Wildfire Golf Course.

The large main suite faces the golf course and includes a cal-king bed, a large walk-in closet with a professional closet system, main bath with oversized glass shower, dual sinks, granite counter top, and a private water closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom that has a fully tiled tub-shower combo and cabinet with granite counter top. Both bedrooms include dressers, Samsung Smart TVs, two nightstands with lamps and professional closet organization units.

Amenities include a separate utility room with washer and dryer. Linens, towels and hairdryers are provided. High-speed wireless Internet access and printer are included. Updated bedroom alarm clocks have dual USB ports for recharging devices.

Furniture, paint, artwork, decorations and accessories were chosen by a designer to compliment the tranquil, one-of-a-kind setting.

Still not convinced? This prime location is close to multiple golf courses, the heart of Scottsdale and within walking distance to the Desert Ridge Market Place. It is also a short drive to such local events as the Barrett Jackson classic car show, the Waste Management Open Golf Tournament, the world renowned Arabian Horse Show, spring training baseball games and the Mayo Clinic.

In addition, there are amazing hiking trails with spectacular city and desert views of nearby Pinnacle Peak, McDowell Mountains or Tom's Thumb. If you are adventurous, you are only a day trip away from the Grand Canyon, Red Rocks of Sedona, and/or skiing in Flagstaff. Convenient access to the freeways makes travel to all your favorite activities easy.

Admittedly, much of our demand comes during Arizona's "High Months" and "Shoulder Months". Per our HOA, we are required to request a 30-day minimum stay so year-round Bella Monte residents have minimal disruption. To that end, during the High Months (January through March) and Shoulder Months (December and April) we ask that guests arrive on the first of the month and depart at the end of the month. This allows us to manage our property better while giving people an opportunity to enjoy Arizona at it's best!
