Regarding the cleanliness and condition of the apartment, I’m disappointed that the apartment did not meet our usual high standards. We take cleanliness very seriously and offer a 24-hour cleaning guarantee upon check in to address any concerns promptly. Unfortunately, this is the first time we’ve been made aware of these issues, and I regret not having the opportunity to resolve them for you during your stay. To clarify, the cracks in the basin are superficial and do not impact its functionality. However, I understand how this might have affected your perception of the space. As for pool towels, we do mention in our check-in message that pool and beach towels are not provided and recommend packing your own if needed.
