Becky's family of 5 ( 3 nice kids) is wonderful. They are good tenants,neat, followed house rules, and left the place very, very clean. Hope to see them again.

Cooling system worked not properly because tenants switched thermostat from "auto" to "Fan on".

Lori requested to rent our house not for "employees of her company", but for "her husband". Before she booked, we sent a letter, wrote we will meet Tenants at the house, give them keys and instructions, as we always do with new guests, because we supposed to know who is living in our house. And we reminded: NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Instead of two guys next day we meet a lady, who checked-in and got keys. Everything was OK for a few days. Then Lori wrote that the Tenant found mold on the wall in one of the rooms. This is not true. There were few small spots of dirt on bathroom wall, which were immediately and very easily removed. One day we came to cut grass around the house and found that garage door was completely opened, and nobody answered our calls. We went inside and saw a dog in dining area and nobody else. We called to Tenant; she said that now different people are living in the house. It was done without our knowledge and checking-in. Dog in the house is serious violation of house rules. About A/C. We don't understand what Lori is talking about. For what Tenants set thermostat on 68F and opened windows, when outside was 85+ degree? About Lori's opinion (code lock, updating...). We are the owners of the house for vacation rental with our own rules and traditions for several years. So many of our guests were thankful for stay in this clean, comfortable and good maintain house. We don't want to do any changes, because of Lori, who has never been here, sorry.
