The space
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully furnished living area, featuring contemporary decor and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning views of the ocean and surrounding area. The living room opens up to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and ample closet space. The queens sized bed is a Tempur Zero G adjustable bed base.
The second bedroom can be configured as two single beds or a king size bed (upon request). Both bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind, ensuring a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant Broadbeach neighborhood.
Bathrooms: The apartment includes two modern bathrooms, with the ensuite off the master bedroom. Impeccably clean and stocked with fresh towels, our bathrooms provide a spa-like experience to enhance your stay. We have a shower seat and non slip mats should they be required.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with stainless steel appliances, a spacious countertop, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply looking to whip up a quick breakfast, our kitchen has you covered.

Check In: Keys are collected from the Friendly Grocer in Broadbeach which is a 7 min walk from your apartment. 2719 Gold Coast Hwy, Broadbeach QLD 4218 Open from 6am to midnight 7 days a week. Check-in outside of these times is not available.
Online check-in form: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.

House rules No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
A copy of your Government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.
No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs.
The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$250 fee for each lost set of keys.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, were here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover.
Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.

Room was clean and spacious. Great vicinity to both shops and restaurants. Only downfall was the pool was too shaded - deck chairs area was pretty much shaded by lunchtime. Only other gripe was the lifts - they always seemed so full. Obviously very busy time of year but they seemed so slow - didn’t like waiting 10 min for a lift.

With the pool area, it’s interesting how seasonal sun angles change the experience. In the height of summer, many guests actually love the shaded areas around the pool, as it provides a welcome break from the heat. As the months get cooler, the sun sits lower in the sky and the pool receives direct sunlight for much longer throughout the day.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the lifts. During peak holiday periods the building can be extremely busy, and unfortunately lift wait times are something outside of our control, but we do understand how frustrating that can be.
