Ideally situated in the heart of bustling Moonee Ponds at the soon to be landmark Penny Lane, our 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom apartment is the perfect home base.
Step outside Penny Lane and you’re just moments away from your favourite cafe, supermarket, green grocer, butcher, and the eclectic shopfronts of Puckle St.
Public transport, dining, and even the iconic Queens Park and Moonee Valley Racecourse all just moments away!
The Space:
Newly renovated and featuring a newly designed interior, this spacious retreat comprises a private balcony which is a great area to enjoy drinks and meals in the warm sun, generous central living and dining zone, deluxe kitchen, two bedrooms with mirrored built-in robes and a large bathroom. Both bedrooms equipped with queen beds and a spacious living area.

The total parking length is 4.78m and the length from the storage box to the end is 3.47m
AC/heating in living room only but strong enough to reach bedrooms.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
