*** The three bar stools are provided for outdoor seats/tables, if required
*** Absolutely no items are to be rested on handrails.
*** Absolutely no items are to be suspended past handrails.
*** It is an offence to drop items of any kind off balconies.
*** One flight of stairs leads to apartment.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
