The Space:
Comprising an open plan living & dining area, with timber flooring throughout, floor to ceiling windows with an abundance of natural light flowing through as well as central cooling & heating for year round comfort.
The kitchen with stone bench top, an abundance of storage and sleek timber finishes, gas stove & dish washer. Both bedrooms are of an excellent size and feature built it wardrobes, air-conditioning & heating, master with ensuite. The central bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, mirror cabinet over vanity and a concealed laundry cupboard off the hallway.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment unit for the duration of their stay.
Other Things to Note:
We don't have any reserved parking to provide but there is an abundance of paid parking options in the area. We are located at Collins House at 464 Collins St. for reference.
Options include the Wilson Parking at 385 Bourke St. or 450 Flinders Ln. Car Park.
Clothes dryer has been damaged so it has been taken out of the apartment for now but we do have a drying rack for your use.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
