The open-plan is enhanced by the design of high windows allowing the sun light to fill the home and to embrace the beautiful coral sea views creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The layout seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Stylish and comfortable furnishings provide a cosy retreat after a day of exploring the wonders of Airlie Beach.
Enjoy the tropical climate by stepping outside to your private balcony which is the perfect space for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail.
The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying your culinary creations with family or friends, or choose alfresco dining out on the balcony.
Downstairs, you'll discover three inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable fourposter queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, with a balcony off, providing a private oasis for relaxation. The two additional bedrooms are equally well-appointed, with a queen bed in one and and single futon in the other. There is also a laundry with a washer/dryer and an additional bathroom on this level. The fourth bedroom is off the main living area with a queen futon and offers one of the best sea views
