This apartment in Airlie Beach captures daily Marina life with restaurants and cafés right at your door step. Walk out onto the Penthouse balcony and soak in the chilled vibes of the town.
The Space:
This exclusive Penthouse boasts four fantastic bedrooms. A master bedroom with a king bed, and a second bedroom with a King. The third room features a queen bed with the fourth room offering two singles. Each room has their own private ensuite bathroom and balcony.
All the modern conveniences including air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full-sized kitchen with a stunning open plan living area have been considered. The decor and furnishings in this apartment add a laid-back elegance to your getaway, with the spacious BBQ & seating areas perfect for entertaining
There is full access to the exclusive resort facilities including the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts.
Guest Access:
From the basement underground secured car park (3 allocated spots are for this penthouse), a lift takes you straight up to the penthouse floor. Access to the complex amenities is from the ground floor.
