Set across three levels, it combines spacious living areas with leafy alfresco dining, a dedicated workspace and a gourmet kitchen. You'll be situated opposite Brisbane Convention Centre and a 10-minute stroll into the CBD—where you can visit the stalls at Brisbane City Markets, explore the shops at The Myer Centre or sample the city's world-class eateries.
This architect-designed townhouse is a rare find, standing as the only townhouse in a boutique block of apartments. Completed in 2010, impeccable design across three levels harmoniously blends functionality and style, offering a spacious urban retreat for families and groups.
On the ground floor, natural light fills the open-plan living space, which flows out seamlessly to a private north-facing courtyard. Here you’ll find the Queensland Art Gallery and Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA), the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Queensland Museum and Sciencentre and the State Library of Queensland. Weekly Collective Markets are held Friday night to Sunday, showcasing a mix of art, fashion, live music and food stalls, while Streets Beach is a must-visit for those travelling with the kids.
