Great communication with host. Check in and out were easy peasy. Only issues: The second bedroom has full twin bed, not a queen twin, and the roof of the atrium is much more visible than appears in the pictures. Other than that, it is an excellent property and we are very much looking forward to staying here next year!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time. This rental was perfect with fresh renovations, extremely clean, great AC, walkable grocery store and hotel amenities. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed. My only small feedback would be for slightly softer beds.

Perfect location. Nice property amenities. Great communication from the mgmt company. Unit a little smaller than pics made it look. The ocean view is after you get past the view of the hvac rooftop which is immediately in front of unit. But all in all a nice unit and very convenient location.

Property was super clean. Sleek, contemporary decor. Loved the two balconies: one ocean view and the other JUST OUTSIDE the entry door in a common area.Staff was incredibly nice. Very friendly and helpful at all times. We felt very welcomed to be staying there.Communication with the management company at the beach was outstanding. Once you book the property, please know, you are dealing with them and they are wonderful.A few suggestions (if you're considering staying at this property):The mattresses were absolutely like rock. If you've ever slept on a futon, it was like that. Maybe folks of a younger generation would be fine but we are mature women who relish comfort. If we're treating ourselves to a beach week, we need to be comfortable. We ended up sleeping on the couches for the entire week. For the price, we shouldn't have had to do that.Another note:The oceanview pic in the listing was VERY strategically positioned. If you stand in the kitchen, or in certain spots of the living room area, yes, that is your view. But if you step out onto the balcony, your immediate view is of the rooftop of the lower level of the property, which extends for quite a way down the beach. So your balcony view is 2/3 roof top ( which includes all the industrial air handler noise) and 1/3 beach. Again, this might not bother some people. We were interested in watching nothing but waves and listening to the surf. We didn't really get that during our stay at this property.
