Just a short walk to Squeaking Point Beach, a 5 minute drive to Hawley Beach, Freers Beach and the local shops.

You will be staying on small acreage amongst the gum trees and the local wildlife. The property is surrounded by other semi-rural properties and backs onto the local reserve. You will have access to surrounding walking and bike tracks for your enjoyment.
The space

Enjoy modern amenities, all new furnishings, fast WiFi and complimentary Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom/laundry has everything you need for your stay.

In the evenings, delight in the sight of pademelons grazing right in front of you, playful rabbits darting around and enjoy being surrounded by impressive birdlife throughout the day.

Please Note:
Bedroom 1 has hanging space for clothing and shelving to sit clothes. No wardrobe or closet.
Bedroom 2 has shelving only for clothes, no wardrobe or closet.
Guest access
Upon entering through the private gate, you'll have exclusive access to the entire home (excluding the garage).

Ample off-street parking is available for your car and trailer if needed.

Kindly be aware that the parking area is under security camera surveillance.
