Dieses luxuriöse, absolute Cottage am Wasser liegt auf einem 3 Hektar großen gepflegten Grundstück mit eigenem Privatstrand. Das Ferienhaus liegt an der Spitze der Weinregion Tamar Valley und ist ideal für Paare, die eine romantische Umgebung zum Wiederverbinden suchen, oder Familien, die ein unvergessliches Urlaubsziel in der Nähe von Greens Beach suchen.



Das Cottage wurde von den führenden Innenarchitekten in Sydney, Home Remedy, komplett renoviert und enthält nur die besten Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände.



In der voll ausgestatteten Küche neben einem wunderschönen Coco Republic-Esstisch aus Beton können Sie Ihr Gericht Ihrer Wahl bequem zubereiten. Wenn Sie keine Lust haben, zu kochen, erkundigen Sie sich nach unserem persönlichen Chefkoch, der Ihnen gerne etwas Besonderes geben wird (gegen Aufpreis).



Schlängeln Sie sich durch den Obstgarten und lassen Sie sich saisonale Früchte wie Äpfel, Birnen, Feigen, Blaubeeren, Aprikosen und Zitronen schmecken. Unsere Haushühner schenken Ihnen sogar gerne frische Eier für den Brekkie (wenn die Hühner liegen).

Easy and secure access with everything supplied you could hope for. The marshmallows for roasting on the fire pit and the board games were especially appreciated by our kids. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. All in all this property is great value for a family of four. Taking in the view from the hot tub as the sun goes down was the perfect way to end a day. If we find ourselves in this part of the state again we would definitely re-book.

A stunning location and beautiful property. Great for winding down, enjoying sunrises and sunsets and the wildlife. If you need a place to enjoy quiet time or productive time in quiet space it it perfect. Lovely spot, a few disappointments

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The booking process was tedious, we had requested a cot and highchair (and were told they would be at the house for us) however they were not there. Luckily, I had packed our travel cot as a backup. The reverse cycle air conditioner does not work. We turned it on at the switchboard, the vents opened but it wouldnt come on, it looks very old. This was very disappointing especially with a baby and toddler to keep warm/cool. The missing decking boards were a hazard. The interior is lovely however is getting a bit tired, I did expect more for the price and the "luxury" description. You also cant swim at the private beach as it's full of rocks, so unfortunately it wasn't suitable for kids. Lovely location with a beautiful view.

Nice and comfortable

Enjoyed the stay, nice to chill out and kick the footy with the kids (plenty of room for this) Kids loved the treats and theatre room. Everything you want for a comfy stay. Did find Labode website a little tricky to navigate. Also checkout time was conflicting, 11am on website, 10am in communication text messages.

The best stay ever!

I don’t normally do this but our family stay at Clarence Point was so extraordinary, I can’t help myself. I felt this accommodation provided a true Tasmanian experience with top-notch waterfront views! We loved being in wine country with wineries only 10 minutes away and yet also being only 7 minutes from the beach. I wanted an extra special holiday but being in such luxurious accommodation, was nervous having a toddler who it into everything. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how child-friendly the accommodation was. On that note, for having a crawling child, the place was exceptionally clean. My favourite part of the accommodation was the indoor/outdoor experience you gain from the open plan design and the large glass doors. It meant that even with rain and cold weather we were warm, dry and still had spectacular waterfront views from the bed and living room. And when we wanted to hide away and watch a movie, the private cinema was super fun. Love all the bonus snacks that the host provided in the cinema too. Overall everything felt super top quality, from the beds (super comfortable), to appliances, accessories, and views providing an experience where we felt like honoured guests. On that note, the hosts were super friendly and attended to any queries and needs we had. A prefect combination of professionalism yet down to earth and friendly. I am convinced we have created some memories that will last a lifetime and hope to be able to come back and stay again.

Best accommodation ever - super luxurious!!

This is hands down the best holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in. The property is beautifully decorated and styled. It was spotlessly clean and had lovely fresh linen The location is right in the heart of the Tamar Valley but also absolute waterfront!! And with its own private beach - was wow!! The property has everything you need including plenty of heating - fire place and a heat pump! There is even a telescope -and before I forget even if the weather is no so nice the cinema is amazing and we even got complimentary snacks!! 5 star luxury all the way! Worth every penny!!

We work in shifts so you may hear from a few different team members throughout your experience with us.
