Thank you for sharing your experience at our beautiful home. We're delighted to hear that the layout suited your family well, with plenty of space for everyone and an extra bedroom for guests. We appreciate your feedback regarding the need for certain amenities during your extended stay, and we'll take that into consideration to better equip the home for future guests. We understand the distance from beaches and the loss of heat in the pool during the last week of your stay, so we appreciate your understanding. Rest assured, when we initially checked it, our team had to call professional service to further fix it, so please know that it has been resolved already. Meanwhile, our team is now skilled in resolving complicated issues about the pool for prompt resolution. Despite these concerns, we're glad to hear that you had a wonderful overall stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an even better experience.
