With four bedrooms the master has a queen bed the second bedroom also has a queen with a set of bunks, the third has a double and the fourth has a single bed. There is also a sleepout with a queen bed, the home comfortably accommodates 11 guests. There are 2 bathrooms each with showers. The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area create an inviting and comfortable space. The lounge features cosy seating and a flat-screen TV. There is a dining table with seating for 6 and a well-equipped kitchen that has everything you will need for your stay. Outside is a great area with outdoor couches and a bar leaner an awesome spot to enjoy cold drinks and nibbles. The garden is fully fenced and there is parking available on site.
Whangamata is about an hour and a half from Auckland, Hamilton or Tauranga and is a popular coastal town with a fantastic surf and swimming beach. Take a kayak tour to Donut Island or take a trip or hike to Wentworth Falls. There are plenty of shops and cafes in the town take a drive out to Opoutere Beach and check out the Coastal Bird Reserve or grab your paddleboard and head to the estuary where the waters are a bit calmer. Let’s not forget that Whangamata is home to the famous Beach Hop held every March for a week where vintage cars, caravans and motorbikes from around NZ are showcased. Vintage markets are operating and it’s a family-friendly party atmosphere not to be missed!
