1. Only the number of guests confirmed in your reservation may sleep in the apartment
2. Be considerate of your neighbors and avoid making loud noises after 10 p.m.
3. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at this listing.
4. Do not sit on the furniture when you are wet
5. Let's save energy! Turn off all the lights, fans, and appliances before leaving the apartment.
6. To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be move from the room without prior notice to the host and staff.
7. All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as possible. Failure to inform them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the electricity deposit
8. No bathroom towels are allowed outside of the property. Only beach towels are permitted outside the property; the guest must bring them back and is responsible for the towels during their stay.
9. Please avoid using bath towels to remove makeup, clean dirty items, clean sandy feet.
10. You may smoke on the terrace or rooftop; Smoking inside the room is prohibited. Deposit your cigarette butts in the litter bins; if other guests inform the host of smells or buds, we will request to stop smoking in the building
11. For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use any glassware in or around the pool area. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine deducted from the electricity deposit
12. Rinse feet on the outside shower and spray shoes with chlorine before entering the building.
13. Be sure to deposit only toilet paper in the bathroom
14. Help us to be less aggressive to the environment, use our bathroom towels as much as possible
15. Any time Guests leave the apartment, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage
16. Homing Bird Rental is responsible for keeping all the electricity, WiFi, water connections up to date and in good condition in the building. Homing Bird Rental is not responsible for the problems outside the building as natural disasters, weather clemencies, or service providers that can affect the service to the building.
17. Homing Bird Rental is not responsible for stolen, missed, or forgotten belongings; we provide all our listings with a safe box to keep all their values. This house rule also applies to luggage drop-off.
18. Guests must not share access codes with any person outside the reservation confirmed guests.
Failure to comply with these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy. The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and evict from the Vacation Rental any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community. Also to lose all the Electricity Deposit and be denied to refund any amounts of money.
