The large open plan living/dining room includes a large modular chaise lounge, 75-inch Smart TV, electric fireplace and a dining suite to seat ten. There is a large modern kitchen with ample bench space, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooking, walk in pantry, microwave, coffee machine, Puratap and more. Breakfast bar to seat four.
Sit on the large balcony and enjoy the afternoon sea breeze whilst cooking a BBQ on the gas powered Webber Q, and listen out for the toot, toot of the iconic Cockle train as it slowly passes by.

Bedroom one is enormous and includes a queen bed, Smart 40-inch TV, walk in robe and has a ceiling fan. The ensuite feels luxurious with a large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

At the rear of the home is a large family room and kitchenette which has a microwave, bar fridge, kettle and sink.
