THE SPACE
This home has everything you could dream of for a relaxing holiday. The well-equipped kitchen boasts all the essentials, including a double oven, microwave, and a delightful Espresso coffee machine for your morning brew. Entertainment options abound with Smart TVs, a stereo, and a library of games for all ages. Outdoors, you'll find cozy chairs and a covered BBQ area, making al fresco dining a breeze. Families will appreciate thoughtful touches like kids' toys, high chairs, and a selection of books.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy the convenience of a laundry, ample parking, and an outdoor gas heater for those cooler evenings. The bathrooms offer pure relaxation with a bathtub and separate showers. With comfortable bedrooms designed for a peaceful night's sleep, they provide the perfect retreat after a day of seaside fun.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

While the garage isn't available for guests, you'll find plenty of room for parking in the long driveway. Your convenience is our priority.

Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed and 1 x Single bed with trundle (4 guests)
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 4 - 1 x Tri-bunk Bed (double/single) and 1 x Single bed (4 guests)

Please note bedroom 1 is downstairs, and bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are upstairs.

The upstairs loungeroom has a lounge and sofa bed, which is not advertised but is a bonus.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, which includes one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged.

There is external CCTV in place. Rest assured, the system is only monitored in the event of any concerns or issues. Your safety and privacy are of utmost importance to us.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
