Perched in the Taluswood neighbourhood above Creekside Village, this 2,600 sq ft standalone chalet blends privacy with ski-out convenience. Trails lead directly to the Dave Murray Olympic downhill run, inviting you to glide into the day’s first descent. Expansive decks overlook Whistler Mountain’s glacier and peak, while the tranquil forest setting offers both seclusion and easy access to Creekside’s shops and restaurants just a short drive away.



Sleeping Arrangements

The upper-level primary suite offers a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, private balcony, and ensuite bath with a freestanding tub, shower, and double vanity. On the lower level, a second bedroom with a king bed includes its own ensuite, while two queen bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom with a step-in shower and double vanity. Altogether, the chalet accommodates up to eight guests comfortably.



Living and Comfort

The open-concept main level connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, designed for gathering after time on the mountain. Enjoy dinner at the six-seat dining table or breakfast at the bar before returning to the slopes. Radiant floor heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort, complemented by an HRV filtration system and cozy indoor fireplace.

Unwind in the hot tub after a day on the slopes or store your gear in the heated double garage with ski and boot racks. The home includes Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and parking for one SUV in the garage plus driveway space.



Neighborhood

Taluswood’s forested hillside offers direct ski-in/ski-out access for intermediate skiers and serene surroundings away from village crowds. In winter, it’s a peaceful retreat for skiing and snowboarding, while in warmer months, hiking and biking trails wind through the same alpine terrain. A vehicle is recommended for easy access to Creekside’s gondola and local dining.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Taluswood is perched high on Whistler Mountain in the peaceful Nordic neighbourhood, offering a quiet, forested setting with sweeping mountain views. With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

• Vehicle restriction. Trailers and other recreational vehicles such as ATV's, Snowmobiles, Watercraft of any kind, RV's, campers are not permitted in the complex.
