The Space:

Snow settles quietly across the evergreens as the gondola glides overhead, its steady rhythm marking the pace of mountain days. You return from the slopes to crisp alpine air, boots left by the door, the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace waiting inside. Evenings unfold slowly here, with steam rising from the hot tub and soft light filtering through the forest.



This entire townhouse sits on the southern slopes of Whistler Mountain and accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Spread over multiple levels, the home balances shared gathering spaces with private retreats, making it well suited for families and groups traveling together in winter.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers four bedrooms, each furnished with a king split bed. On the upper level, two primary bedrooms feature balcony access, TVs, walk-in storage, and ensuite bathrooms with a soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. The main level includes a convenient powder room. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms open directly to the hot tub patio and share a full bathroom with a soaker tub, shower, and double vanity.



Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings and oversized windows draw in natural light while framing snowy forest views. The lounge centers around an indoor, wood-burning fireplace, with comfortable seating for winding down after a day outside. A dedicated workspace and reading nook offer quiet corners, while heating, air conditioning, and portable fans help keep the interior comfortable through changing conditions.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ample counter space. A dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. After dinner, you can linger indoors by the fire or step onto the balcony to take in the winter stillness.



Outdoor living

A patio and balcony extend the living space outdoors. The hot tub sits at ground level, offering a relaxing way to end ski days, while outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill are available, weather permitting.



Ski access and location

Ski-in/Ski-out access connects you to Whistler Mountain’s terrain via the Dave Murray ski trail and the route toward the Creekside Gondola. Access involves a short walk of approximately 400 meters, including a brief section where skis or boards must be removed to cross a road. Conditions are seasonal and best suited to intermediate skiers.



Additional amenities

Guests have access to free parking in the on-site garage, a private entrance, in-suite laundry, WiFi, a smart lock for self check-in, for early arrivals or late departures. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one large or two small vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Taluswood is perched high on Whistler Mountain in the peaceful Nordic neighbourhood, offering a quiet, forested setting with sweeping mountain views. With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.
