Charming Guesthouse in Kearney with modern amenities. Situated on calm Grass Lake, this 1bedroom, cozy space will let you relax and take in the nature. This space will make you feel welcomed as soon as you open the door. As you enter the enclosed front porch, feel free to hang up your coat and kick off your shoes. Once inside, guests have a small kitchenette to make their fabulous meals. Right side features the four burner hot plate, microwave and sink ( garbage bins under the sink), pots and pans
(second drawer under the hot plate) and plastic salad, strainer, serving trays ( first drawer under hot plate). On the left side of the kitchenette there is a fridge ( freezer on the bottom), cabinet over the fridge has extra paper towels, toilet paper and kleenexes. On the left side of the fridge there is a tall cabinet with drawers.
First drawer has honey, strawberry jam, paper straws, second drawer has assortment of teas, coffee pods. Once you continue walking there is a small but modern and clean bathroom. Features a rain head shower, sink, toilet and white fluffy towels provided for your enjoyment. Next is the living room, equipped with a tall and spacious blue closet. Perfect for all of your hanging needs. Big sectional sofa that unfolds into a bed if needed. Blankets are in the wicker basket by the window. Great for relaxing and watching tv or cuddling. 51” screen tv is provided for your enjoyment. Comes with Netflix guest account. In the middle of of this space is a wrap around granite counter island, where guests can do meal prep and once done sit and dine with the lake/nature view. Once you turn left there is the charming, inviting bedroom with queen bed, soft linens, and pine side table with storage for your put aways. Once you exit the bedroom there is a rec room with a sectional couch that unfold into a bed and great views of the nature around you and the lake. Perfect spot to lay down and do watch the stars through the skylights or just sit on the couch, read a book, have a coffee and unwind. This room has many options. There is an open space for guests to yoga ( yoga mat provided)

Guests can walk the woods, sunbathe, enjoy the dock, water equipment provided ( kayaks, canoe, 2 paddle boards).
Netflix, books, dvds are provided for guests to enjoy. Wi-fi incl. Spend your evening stargazing by the fire. Relax and unwind in this spacious & tranquil space. Bath towels, toilet paper, bedding, kitchen accessories, blankets, olive oil, sugar, sweetener, Kaurig coffee pods, assortment of teas. Emergency supply of shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush/toothpaste, body wash is at the guesthouse in case guests forget their own.
