You will enjoy two very comfortable bedrooms, a king suite with an ensuite shower bathroom and another with 2 twins (can be converted to a king upon request) with a shower bathroom adjacent to it.

Launch your boat in one of two ramps located in the community, and then dock your boat (up to 40 ft. in length) right behind the house for your entire stay! Grill up your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill! You will enjoy instant access to the water and all it has to offer - world-class fishing, snorkeling, and kayaking through the mangroves. The community pool is about 1/2 mile from the home.

PARKING...
This home comes with 1 parking space. There is a designated area within the community to park a trailer. There is an overflow parking lot on premises which is first come first serve at $5.-$10/night.

PETS...
1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
