Beautiful location! The views every morning of the sunrise were perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every evening. The condo itself feels brand new and so clean! Fully stocked with everything you need. We appreciate the dish washing tabs and soap to do laundry after a day on the boat. The location of the boat ramp right there is so convenient and we left our boat out back the whole time. It’s so easy to get out and explore. You do have to pay a fee for the pool and community area which we never used. Otherwise great value.

Wonderful place and so close to Key West and all that the lower Keys have to offer. Communication was great. Very friendly neighborhood. Pool was actually warm! Moana Hale home is beautiful and we enjoyed our time here. Thanks for having us!

This property had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was very well equipped, the deep freezer worked great for bait, provided bikes came in handy going up to the pool and community store. We loved this property.

You will Not be disappointed! Cleanest vrbo we have stayed in, hands down! A wall of windows overlooking the water, makes you feel like you are outside. Comfortable, open kitchen/living room floor plan. Best stocked kitchen ever! The owners have gone out of their way to make sure your stay is the best experience possible. They have supplied you with plenty of propane, and tools....in case you need to adjust/tighten a bike seat, etc.. PS. whoever is in charge of cleaning their windows, I need to know what they use......spotless!! No streaks, prints, nothing!! We are hoping to return next year and would 100% come back here.

Turquoise Paradise

It was a beautiful location and cottage. There was plenty to do around the place such as tennis, pool, ride bike, grill and enjoy the sunrise. We noticed some noises at night time which came from outside the building. Possibly bushes rubbing against the outside structure or something else so our slumber was interrupted on the windy nights. Trimming bushes should be on the list of things to do. The decor was so Florida! VERY CLEAN! I've never stayed at a rental where you were expected to put out garbage/trash (Mon, Wed, Thurs) and asked to strip the bed and start laundry at check out. Also, the 125 check in fee at the security gate seemed redundant given the cost of the rental. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

PERFECT!

Our family of three loved our stay. This home is neat, clean, and decorated tastefully. Everything you need is available, including a very nicely set-up kitchen and bikes. Lots of rentals say they have a nice kitchen, but it turns out to be a bunch of junk thrown together on the cheap and you can't even cook a proper meal. That is NOT the case in this rental. So thoughtful! The size of the home was perfect for myself, husband, and our teenager. There is a sleeper sofa and plenty of seating, so we could have easily had another guest or two (like grandparents). We brought our boat and enjoyed stepping right out of the house to enjoy the water. This area is a short drive to the grocery store and a few nice restaurants, or you can just take a short bike trip to the nearby small market for supplies. We have zero complaints and would definitely book this rental again.
