Rustic family home, just a stone's throw from tranquil Wimbie Beach which is perfect for small kids, kayaking and snorkelling hi around the rocks. A few minutes walk to patrolled Surf Beach which has bigger waves great for boogie boarding and beginner surfers.

The house backs on to a national park which has a walking track to Lillipilli with gorgeous clifftop views.

Walking distance to a supermarket, cafe, restaurants, liquor store and chemist. For more shops it's only a short 10 minute drive to Batemans Bay town centre.

There are 2 living areas with TVs, plus the rumpus room with a desk for working, book library and board games.

The bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in robes. The family room has a wood stove which is perfect for the cooler winter months.

We have an enclosed outdoor sunroom with a small BBQ, as well as a separate outdoor covered living area which looks out to the national park.

The kitchen has a Nespresso machine (BYO pods), electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher and microwave.

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer, and there's an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off from the beach before you enter the house.

Guest access
The whole house will be yours, except for the garage (but you can park two cars in the driveway and there's plenty of free parking in the street).
