2. Guest Capacity: To maintain the charm and comfort of our property, we limit the number of guests to 13 at any time, day or night.
3. Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 6 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited.
4. Quiet Evenings: To respect local laws and our neighbours, outdoor areas, including the deck and spa, are off-limits after 10:30 PM. This helps ensure a peaceful night for everyone in the community.

Beautiful cottage in the wonderful Yarra Valley
A very well set up and charming cottage with the benefit of 6 bedrooms (noting that one requires a walk-through of another bedroom), with great outdoor/alfresco area. Had everything you need to use as a base to enjoy the amazing wineries & restaurants of the Yarra Valley.

Fantastic house for family get together
The house was great for our family of 12. We went in July and the weather was cold but the house was warm and cozy. The spa and sauna were very popular. With the outdoor blinds and gas heater we utilised the patio all the time. Our host was always available to answer our questions
