The three options – Lodge 1, lodge 2 & Lodge 3 – are almost identical in terms of their layout and features, but differ somewhat in their interior design, and décor, and have complete privacy.

The residences are designed to sustainably ‘breathe’. Passive solar heating and gas-fired hydronics means that variations in winter sunshine can mean temperatures do vary (so do bring extra clothing just in case!). In summer, the Southern Ocean. breeze naturally ventilates and cools.

The signature ‘sky windows’ for example, bathe the living spaces with light, while allowing breath-taking stargazing under cover.
