This home features a convenient 2 car garage and ample driveway space for all of your vehicles. On the lower level, you will find a spacious mud room, a cozy den with a sectional sofa and entertainment center and a fully equipped laundry room with a state of the art washer and dryer. Off the den are 2 guest bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds (which can be converted to a king - please reach out in advance if you wish for it to be converted!) and the other with a queen over queen bunk. Both rooms have their own closet space with tons of storage and a desk/workspace. Step right into the hallway to find the shared bathroom space complete with all new upgrades, a combo shower/tub and a double vanity.



The main floor offers a cozy atmosphere with a stunning gas fireplace serving as the main focal point of the home. The fireplace opens up to both a formal sitting area and the sunken in living room with a large smart TV and south facing floor to ceiling windows. Also on this level is the modern kitchen with every amenity you need to cook a gourmet meal, a dining area seating up to 8, a powder room and a third guest bedroom ensuite with a queen size bed and bathroom with a steam shower. Follow the custom wood staircase to the third floor to the primary suite and enjoy a king size bed, a small work area/vanity and a large closet. The luxurious ensuite bathroom comes equipped with a double vanity, a huge walk in shower, a soaking tub and a separate water closet.

-This is a pet friendly property, but we kindly ask that dogs not be allowed on any furniture or beds. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter!

-This home does not come with free transportation and we recommend having your own vehicle to get into town or the gondola.

-This property is located in a community that enforces quiet time between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This is not a party house, or neighborhood.

-There is no AC in the property - as is common here at 9500ft in altitude!
