My Family had a “FANTASTIC” stay, didn’t want to leave. This home had the perfect set up for large family with small kids, definitely will book again in the future.

This place was amazing - tons of room, quick response from property manager with any enquiries. Having a pool was a great addition. Only 20-25 minutes from the parks.

The house was very clean with lots of room for everyone. We had an issue with the a/c the day we arrived but the maintenance guy showed up same day and got it working. We loved the pool area at the resort as well as the pool at the house. We stayed at this resort 2 years ago and it is great for the kids and our family.

Beautiful home

My family of 13 & I enjoyed every minute of this beautiful, spacious home! It looks even better in person!! The free resort access was a plus and the kids had a blast!! One for the books, we will definitely be coming back. Thanks for everything

When we checked in at 4 PM, the house had not been cleaned. I called the host several times no answer. Had to call the 24 Hour number and they were able to reach the host and connected me to host. (Language barrier) They sent a cleaning crew out right away but because of the size of the house they said it would take 3 1/2 hours and would call us when it was completed. Our whole family had to eat out which cost us 400. We were never notified that the cleaning was completed and went back to the house at 8:30 PM. Mind you we had an 18 month old that was very tired and way past her bedtime. The house was cleaned but walls and doors were dirty. We went to use the grill and there was no propane so we bought a tank for 20, but there was a seal that was broken (if anyone didn’t know better it could of been an explosion). Inquired to the host about it and they said the grill is not for guest use, which never said in description of house. There is a note on the grill instructing not to grill under overhang. Anytime I message the host they never responded unless I asked a second time. Currently I still have not got the 500 deposit back or the 73 comp delay check in. It would’ve been nice if they comp us one day rental. Jack and Jill bathroom drain does not work. Ice machine in the freezer kept leaking and we had to put a towel down, every time we open the door it would leak all over the floor. Close neighbors and were super noisy the whole time. This experience was disappointing.

Great property shame about the neighborhood

The properties everything it looks like in the photos, You won’t Disappointed with the house. It actually looks better than the photos, with a high level finish. The biggest issue with this property is the location, The whole Windsor Island resort is totally over populated and under managed. We had an 8 bed house with 2 families in snd 3 cars, it felt like every other property had 6+ cars snd 20+ people. It’s jammed. The gate and the resort area are not sufficient enough for the amount of people. We are unfortunate enough to be next to a house of party people that for the three days over there had them music on so loud, Blasting across the whole neighborhood, From late afternoon until 2:30/3 o’clock in the morning. When you call Security, ask them to do something. They tell you that too busy and call the police. unfortunately, we will not be back. The house was great, but the rest of the property is far too busy and tracks very very large groups that have no consideration for other people. Also, the management company looking after this property failed to come out and address our concerns for the air-conditioning,
