This spectacular home is complete with quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, a beautiful master bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a floating double vanity and a colossal shower! The open floor plan combines the living room, dining area, and enormous chef’s kitchen. The spacious arrangement along with rooftop access makes this home a great place for the family and small group gatherings.

Serious or repeat violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

-Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second -complaint may result in removal from the property without refund.
-All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.
Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances.
Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited.
Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries.
No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout.
Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees.
