Upon entering the home, you will find comfortable seating equipped with a queen sleeper sectional, a flat-screen TV, and door access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen area offers beautiful white cabinetry, plenty of counter space, a center island, and additional barstool seating. The kitchen area allows easy flow to the dining area, which has ample seating for your whole party! You will also find a hall half-bathroom.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, additional seating, a TV, wooded views, and door access to the back deck. The private primary bathroom is equipped with a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower.

The secondary bedroom offers another king-sized bed, a TV, and ample closet space. The secondary bathroom is a full bathroom shared with the tertiary bedroom.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids as it offers 2-twin sized beds and a TV.

Please note that the fourth bedroom is a separate apartment over the garage and features 2 full-sized beds, a TV, and a private half-bathroom. An outdoor shower is available just outside of the garage area.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
