Back inside, an open floor plan provides easy flow between the formal dining room, living spaces, and kitchen. The first living area features lofty two-story ceilings, a wet-bar area, and comfortable sofas overlooking the golf course and lagoon. Down the hall, you will find a light-filled second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Ascend the stairs to find the two remaining bedrooms. Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home's front entrance and rear deck. These cameras serve to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
The pool (size 22x12) has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $100 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
