The Space:

Coastal Tails accommodates up to eight guests in three bedrooms. With the main living area and a downstairs rumpus room, there is room for the family to spread out. The covered deck offers an ocean glimpse and a gas BBQ, while the yard is fully fenced and gated.

The main open-plan living area brings together the kitchen, dining and lounge spaces. The kitchen has electric cooking and a dishwasher. A second living area is available in the downstairs rumpus room. Wi-Fi is available.



Enjoy outdoor meals on the covered deck, with a gas BBQ and an ocean glimpse.



𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆



The ensuite and main bathroom each have a shower and toilet. There is also a separate downstairs toilet.



The downstairs laundry contains a washing machine and dryer and is reached by the internal staircase.



𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴



Reverse-cycle air conditioning serves the main open-plan living area. A wood fire is also available.



Guest Access:

The entire house is available to guests, including the downstairs rumpus room and laundry, covered deck and yard. The locked hall storage cupboard is not available to guests.



Off-street parking for two cars is available in the driveway.



There are 10 front steps and an internal staircase to the downstairs rumpus room and laundry. The internal and external stairs are gated.



𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻



Self-check-in is available using the lockbox at the property, so you can arrive at your convenience from check-in time.



If you prefer, we’d be happy to meet you on arrival by prior arrangement, until 4 pm Monday to Friday or 3 pm on Saturdays. We can give you a brief tour and answer any questions about the property, its features and Tuross Head in general.



Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 10 am.



Early check-in or late check-out may be available as an optional extra, subject to adjoining bookings, housekeeping and maintenance requirements. Availability can be confirmed 24 hours beforehand.



The Neighborhood:

Coastal Tails is on Salmon Street in Tuross Head. Enjoy the coast at your own pace, with local beaches and lakes offering opportunities for swimming, fishing and kayaking. Explore the village shops and dining options during your stay.



𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿 & 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱



Park the car and explore Tuross Head at your own pace. Walk or cycle along the local pathways and enjoy easy access to the beaches, lakes, cafés and village.



Coastal Tails is approximately 1 km from Coila Beach, 1.4 km from One Tree Beach, 1.7 km from Main Beach, 850 m from the village shops on Evans Road, 2.1 km from Tuross Boatshed & Café and 900 m from the Tuross Head golf course at Club Tuross on foot.



With Tuross Head’s network of walking and cycling pathways, much of the village can be explored without getting back in the car.



Getting Around:

A car is useful for exploring Tuross Head's beaches, lakes, village shops and the surrounding coast. Walking and cycling are also enjoyable ways to explore the area.

Bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.

• No parties or events.

• Family bookings are welcome. No large group bookings.

• No unregistered overnight visitors.

• Quiet hours are 10 pm to 9 am each day.



𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀

One pet may be accepted with prior written approval. Requests for additional pets are considered individually.



If approved, a $55 fee applies per pet. Pets must not be left unattended for more than 15 minutes. Pets are not permitted in bedrooms or on furniture.



𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀

Coastal Tails accommodates a maximum of eight registered guests, including adults and children. Guest numbers must not exceed the number stated on your booking.



Please include all guests when booking so that the total shown at checkout reflects the correct guest numbers and any applicable additional-guest charges.



An additional charge of $10 per person, per night applies from the fifth guest onwards, up to the maximum of eight registered guests.



𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆

A minimum stay of three nights applies, increasing to seven nights during peak periods. Minimum-stay requirements are subject to change; please check the property calendar for your selected dates when booking.



𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀

After booking confirmation, you will receive an automated message with a link to our Guest Registration and Terms Acceptance form. The form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance. It requires acceptance of the terms and conditions and valid photo identification. If the form is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be cancelled.

𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• 51% of the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation. This payment, together with completion of your guest registration, confirms your booking.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.

• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation.

• If payment is declined on three occasions, the booking will be cancelled.



𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝗲

A non-refundable booking fee of $55 applies to each reservation.



𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁

A single $500.00 pre-authorisation hold is placed on your card as the security deposit for Coastal Tails.



All security deposits are released within 48hrs unless withheld to cover damages.

Your booking is subject to the cancellation policy displayed on the booking platform at the time you book. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the cancellation terms that apply to your reservation.
