When entering the home, you will find your eyes drawn to the spacious manicured front yard for you and your loved ones to enjoy! The living room has large paned windows allowing constant natural light to come through. With two large comfy sofas you’ll be sure to find yourself relaxing after a long day of outdoor activities! Across from the living room you will find the luxurious master suite, with a king bed, TV and private bathroom attached. What makes this master suite superb is the lanai door that leads out to the large pool deck wrapping back into the kitchen. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, with an attached bathroom that has a soaking tub & shower combo! The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for sharing a wonderful meal. Offering accordion lanai doors that can be entirely open to the outside patio. With an extension built off of the island the kitchen extends into the patio area, ensuring that you are never missing a moment of vacation! This home open floor plan will make you feel as if you are always surrounded by mother nature!

Stepping out onto the patio, you will notice plenty of seating and chairs for you and your family to use. The pool has a walk down entrance with banister.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

With plenty of outdoor activities around, Edgewater Public Boat Ramp has such easy access, you will have no problem enjoying that gorgeous water. Enjoy golfing at the luxurious Port Charlotte Golf Club only fifteen minutes down the road, where you can play on their immaculate 18 hole course and enjoy private dining at the famous MarTEEni BarGrill. Escape to beautiful Englewood Beach, where you can rent kayaks and much more. Close to Murdock Town Center and all of North Port’s charming boutiques you are sure to find constant bliss at your home away from home!
