The dining area showcases a beautiful dining set with seating for six. Your living room overlooks the balcony/ patio area. Plenty of seating is available centered around a large flat screen TV. The perfect spot for unwinding after a long day. Your patio area is equipped with chairs and a table making this the perfect space to kick back and relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

This condo has three bedrooms. In the master, a king bed is featured along with a flat screen and an attached bathroom for added privacy, with a walk-in shower.  The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of storage, plus flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom also showcases a queen size bed. All with easy access to the guest bathroom. Added benefits of the units include high-speed internet, cable, towels, linens, washer and dryer, and kitchen cutlery for your use.

This condo is on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details.

Vehicles with commercial names, information, or any kind of advertising are not allowed to be parked on the driveways or streets overnight.
