Upon entering the home, you will find yourself lost in the gorgeous landscaping and the pure tranquility this home offers. You will find the first out of three outdoor patios through the screened-in front lanai. There is enough seating for up to two. When entering the home, you will find a light and bright atmosphere. The dining table overlooks the living room and can accommodate up to six comfortably. Adjacent is the kitchen, which has all stainless-steel appliances. The spacious living room boasts expansive windows overlooking the outdoor paradise. There are two plush couches and a Smart TV.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser, a chair, and sliding glass doors leading out to a private screened-in patio. Attached is the primary bathroom, which has three closets, a dual vanity, and a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead.

As you take the stairs to the second floor, you will find the remaining two bedrooms and bathroom, leaving this the perfect space for your loved ones on vacation. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of dresser space. The second bathroom has a large vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has loft vibes with two twin beds, and plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. From the third bedroom, you have a gorgeous view of the downstairs living room and backyard space.

Time for the outdoor paradise! You will find the third patio that has an outdoor dining set for four. The expansive backyard space is perfect for entertaining your family and loved ones. The Meadows Country Club does offer seasonal passes, or there are two other facilities nearby that are reasonably priced for access to pool, tennis, and fitness. Your home away from home is only a 25-minute drive from the silky majestic sands of award-winning Siesta Key Beach, and you will enjoy fabulous shopping, entertainment, theaters, and a plethora of fabulous restaurants in St. Armand's Circle, Sarasota, Lido Beach and Longboat Key.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.
