15 minute walk to all main attractions in Whangamata. Walk to town, walk to the main beach, walk to the estuary.

Ideal holiday home for families, couples, or friend groups. Sleeps 4 people inside the main house in a master bedroom with comfortable double bed, and a twin room with comfortable single bunks.

The spacious outdoor covered living area comes complete with a bar, picnic tables, and couches, and is privately tucked away at the back of the property. Ideal for evening socialising this area is fully lit and also includes a 55 inch TV with chromecast.

The large lawn area is ideal for kids to run around and backyard games. The property also backs onto to a large reserve for those more adventurous ball games!

There is an option to also rent the outside Bunkroom for an extra $130 per night. The Bunkroom sleeps an additional 6 people, with 1 double bed, 2 king singles, and 2 singles, making this property a perfect setup for 2 families holidaying together and bringing the total occupancy of the property to 10 people.
