VILLA DESCRIPTION
Nestled in the lush green hills above Bophut Beach and Fisherman’s Village, Avasara Residence stands as one of the five exclusive villas at Panacea Estate. Your journey into luxury begins as you traverse large stepping stones over a water feature, leading you into the grand living and dining pavilion seamlessly integrated with a gourmet kitchen.

At one end of this impressive space is a tropical lounge adorned with Thai artefacts, table lamps, and plush rattan sofas and chairs surrounding a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. A square dining table for ten awaits beside the state-of-the-art kitchen, boasting top-of-the-range branded appliances, honey-coloured wooden units, chrome fittings, and marble surfaces.

The crowning jewel of the villa lies in the generous infinity pool, adorned with whimsical bronze sculptures. At one end, sunken stools invite you to a swim-up bar at the sala, featuring yet another dining table and cushioned seats – an ideal spot for leisurely lunches or your private pool party.

Dining at Avasara Residence becomes an unforgettable experience. Yet, if the urge to explore arises, the coastal stretch offers a variety of eateries, from cool cafes to local delicacies. Shops and boutiques along the coast beckon with high-quality clothing and jewellery, and nearby dive shops cater to those seeking scuba adventures.

When it's time to unwind, choose from five bedrooms, with two master suites opening directly onto the pool terrace, providing magnificent views—especially from their indulgent bathtubs for two. - Early Bird: 15% off for stays during Low and Shoulder season, 10% off for stays during High season, and 5% off for stays during Peak season for bookings made more than 120 days prior to check-in date.

- Last Minute: 20% off for bookings made less than 30 days prior to check-in date (excluding Peak season).

- Long Stay: 10% off for bookings of 7 nights or more (excluding Peak season).

Standard occupancy is 10 guests. Maximum 2 extra beds are allowed in the villa available at USD 50++ per person per night, inclusive of daily breakfast.

KITCHEN & DINING
- The kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine (bean espresso machine), blender, toaster, rice cooker, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, juicer, wine fridge, kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser, basics (oil, salt and pepper), pots and pans, coffee grounds/beans, tea pot, coffee capsule, wine glasses, and floating breakfast as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.
- The indoor dining pavilion (a modern open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar) can seat up to 8 persons. There is also an outdoor dining sala with a barbecue grill that can sit up to 8 persons.

Meals are prepared by Panacea's central kitchen, which has extensive experience in Western, Thai, Asian, vegetarian, and children's cuisine. All dishes are delivered and served at the villa, and there is no additional chef fee when ordering from the central kitchen -- guests only pay for the grocery cost + 25% shopping fee + 7% VAT.

We are happy to accommodate special requests, including strict dietary requirements. All meals -- breakfast, lunch and dinner -- can be arranged in advance. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available, and we can provide the list upon request.

If guests prefer to have their own private in-villa chef cooking directly in the villa's kitchen, this can be arranged at an additional THB 2,500++ per day, on top of food and beverage charges.

AGE POLICY
The primary guest must be aged 25 years and older at check-in

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of USD 500/THB20,000 per stay, in cash or as a credit card hold will be collected onsite upon check-in.
