It comes with alfresco dining, bbq, a firepit and play equipment and a full kitchen for your holiday catering.
Purposely designed for families or groups, this coastal home sits pretty on lush leafy grounds. Inside, it preserves its unique personality, while having all the modern conveniences for breezy Peninsula living.

The open plan living and dining area flows through to the garden, creating a lovely transition between the indoors and out. Enjoy summer evenings out on the deck, while cooking up a feast on the BBQ or sit around the fire-pit, and letting the kids run wild. There’s play equipment to keep them busy. In the cooler months, take things indoors with a large dining table and gourmet kitchen featuring a breakfast bar. The living room keeps things cosy with plush sofas, an ornate fireplace and central TV for your entertainment needs.

Air-conditioning and heating makes things comfortable no matter when you are travelling. Each of the bedrooms have been well presented for a good night’s sleep and come with queen-sized beds, with two of the bedrooms also including a single bed. Refresh within the modern bathroom and enjoy the convenience of a powder room and laundry.

Parking is provided on the driveway.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cottage to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

The lovely seaside town of Rosebud lies on Victoria’s stunning Mornington Peninsula, roughly an hours’ drive from Melbourne’s city centre. This popular holiday spot offers countless outdoor activities with beaches, golf courses and scenic walks. Hit the highest point on the peninsula following the easy 1.8km circuit walk to Arthurs Seat, then enjoy a dip in Rosebud’s calm, sheltered waters. Don’t miss an afternoon of relaxation at nearby Peninsula Hot Springs. Start the day with coffee and baked goods from Store 360 in next door Rye, pick your own strawberries at Sunny Ridge Farm and brunch at local favourite Merchant & Maker.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Only one small dog is allowed for a fee of AUD130. Any exceptions must be pre-approved prior to booking. Cats are not permitted.

Onsite parties & group events are strictly prohibited. These include and are not limited to hens, bucks, schoolies & large gatherings.

Please note, bed linen and towels are not supplied, but can be provided at an additional cost of $30 per bed, and $6 per bath or beach towel. Please detail what beds you will require linen for and how many towels will be needed in your booking request.
