** We have scheduled garden maintenance twice a month. As the day during the week differs with short notice, we may not be able to give you ample notice prior to their arrival so please be aware that gardeners may attend during your stay. **

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
