This near new house is close to schofields towncenter, station and shopping centre.Facing to sports field with walking path, plenty of parking space in the opposite car park normally. If you want to walk to Schofields Station,Woolworths, Coles, or Restaurants in Schofields Towncenter, Just cross the sports fields along the path, then follow jerralong drive,it's a short route. A short drive to Rouse Hill and Masden Park shopping centre, also not far from Bella Vista Norwest business park.

Double storey house, Living,Dining,Kitchen and a toilet downstairs, all 4 bedrooms locate at upstairs.
Bed 1 with bath suite and walk in robes, 1 queen bed with medium firm mattress;
1 queen bed with medium firm mattress in bed 2;
2 single beds in bed 3.
1 queen bed with super firm mattress in bed 4, you can choose a bedroom depending on your favourite mattress.

You can access the whole house and backyard except the garage. Please treat the house as your home during your stay.

Don't wear shoes on carpet please.
Please take care of your dirty dishes.
Please ensure all the lights,heater,and AC are switched off when you leave the house.
The table lamp in all bedrooms are touch lamps, touching the base to turn on/off the lamp
