The apartment is located in a quiet residential block in a very safe neighbourhood.

We are always available & contactable via mobile any time should you require anything at all as we live locally too.
House Rules:
Please be respectful of the property, keep it clean and return it the same way you received it.
* Please at the end of your stay empty the inside bins and take out all the rubbish to the main rubbish bins in the designated area of the property, located in the the upper car park.
* Wash up any used dishes etc.
If there are excessive amounts of rubbish and/or dirty dishes left inside the apartment, extra cleaning fees may apply.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement/repair.
- No noise, loud music, loud talking or congregating outside between 9pm - 8am.
- No parties or events at any time. Complaints of unruly behaviour will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave.
- Please respect our neighbours at all times.
- Remember to return all keys. Charges/ Fees of $500 will apply per set for any unreturned or lost keys.
