Located on the picturesque and uncrowded Beverly Beach / Flagler Beach, the community lies in a protected inlet off the Intracoastal Waterway. Private and immersed in nature, the Florida boating community includes a deepwater boat slip, making it easy and convenient to get out for a day of fishing, water-sports, and more. Residents have private access to the sand dune beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as an onsite nature preserve and boardwalk for relaxing recreational opportunities over the intracoastal.
Sunset Inlet is known for its breathtaking views, tranquil atmosphere, and a sense of community that exudes a small-town charm. It is a world away from the hustle and bustle, yet it's conveniently located near Palm Coast, providing easy access to a wide array of shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. Note: This Home is ONLY available for MONTHLY RENTALS - 28 nights or more. A short HOA Application is mandatory, which requires at least a seven day advance notice. We will send you the necessary paperwork prior to the reservation date.
This property will allow up to one small dog (no other type pf pet) under 25 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval. All guests must complete required paperwork and acknowledge pet rules prior to arrival. Unfortunately, the HOA restricts certain breeds of dogs (their rule not ours). Under no circumstances shall a Pit Bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or mix), Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario (canary dog) be permitted on the property.
A coastal restoration project is expected to potentially start in the Summer 2026. Construction equipment, noise, and temporary beach access restrictions may occur during your stay. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that this may take place.

- We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, DJs or BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all time.
- Primary renter must be 25 years old or older.
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (8) at any time. Guest MUST select the correct number of guests staying during the reservation. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
- No more than three vehicles allowed.
- No smoking/vaping.
- One small dog (no other type of pet) under 25 pounds. Certain breeds restricted (see above).
- Guests will need to complete required HOA paperwork prior to arrival, which will be sent via DocuSign to your email. If we do not have your email please contact us.
- If Guest wishes to use the boat slip, one watercraft may be docked with proof of registration and insurance. Insurance must list homeowner and/or hoa as additionally insured. Please note trailers can not be stored on site.

It would be very helpful if the Master shower head is replaced with one that gives more pressure to rinse off soap. Also the shower could use some handicap bars. Thought not having a garage door opener was ridiculous. Also the garage could use some cleaning out of unused items ie mirrors etc. there is no way 2 vehicles can get in but that was no problem for us. Unit was very clean and any concerns were quickly taken care of. We had a great month.

Thank you as well for sharing your suggestions regarding the master shower head and the addition of grab bars. We will certainly review those items with the owner to see what improvements can be made.
Regarding the garage door opener, since this is a privately owned home, we do not issue garage remotes for safety and security reasons. Remotes can unfortunately be easily copied, so we limit access in order to better protect the property. We also appreciate your note about the garage space and stored items and will take a look at that as well.

Excellent
We had an excellent experience. We needed a longer stay awaiting our home to close. We felt right at home and did not want for anything. The best part of our stay was the management team. Valerie and her team really go all out. She wants to ensure you have the best experience and truly feel at home. She is always available to answer questions and take care of any issue that may arise.
The home was beautiful. Right on the beach with the intracoastal behind it. Private beach access, private dock access to the intracoastal. Close to all Flagler Beach has to offer, but far enough away from the main area to have peace and quiet. Close to St Augustine, Daytona Beach and even Orlando. Friendly neighbors all made us feel welcome and right at home treating us as if we owned the place. All amenities are there. Valerie thought of everything. The furnishings, the kitchenware, plenty of towels, entertainment, and more. You won't go wrong with this property or any property that Valerie and the iTrip team have available. Highly Recommend!
