The location really is the heart of what we built out here, close enough to everything worth seeing yet quiet enough to actually unwind. Great location, cute house, fun hot tub!

This was a great place to stay in Fredericksburg. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go and we found a couple of hidden gems nearby. Beautifully maintained property, perfect size for a weekend getaway, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and fire place! We'd definitely stay here again!

Rachael, walking distance to Main Street is one of those things that sounds simple until you actually have it, and the house sits right in that sweet spot. Glad the hot tub area gave you some private downtime between all the shopping and eating Fredericksburg does so well. Very nice, very clean, short walk to Main St

We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fireplace as much as we did walking around town. We'll be back!

Glen, evenings around that outdoor fireplace are something else, especially when you mix them in with a little time exploring town. That back-and-forth between the property and the charm right outside the gate is exactly what makes the Hill Country worth the trip. When you come back, try timing a visit for one of the local weekend markets in season. The house will be here waiting for you!

We always stay just off main so that we can walk to all the shops and restaurants. This place great for that.

Perfect location

Austin, that balance is exactly what we were going for with this one, close enough to walk to dinner and the shops, set back far enough that nobody is strolling past your window all evening. Glad the hot tub and the fire pit earned their keep. Next trip down, get the fire going after dark and stay out there a while, the sky over that side of the resort is worth the sit, and we keep the wood rack filled so you never have to go hunting for any. Fun town, great location!

My wife and I had a great weekend getaway. The house is comfortable and quiet with a great “park like” view from the back windows. Easy walking distance to Hondo’s and some great nightlife. We had a fantastic weekend.

Anonymous, a roach in the home is not something you should have run into, and I'm not going to talk around it. We've moved the house onto a monthly interior and perimeter pest treatment instead of the quarterly schedule it was on, and the housekeeping walkthrough now includes checking under sinks and behind the fridge before every arrival. Glad the rest of the stay landed well for you. Next time you're out this way, come in the fall when the resort fires up the evening pit by the pavilion. Great Location

Cute and cozy stay, especially during the cold snap that came in while staying in Fredericksburg. Location is an easy walk to Main Street, we walked to get breakfast at Caliche and dinner at Hondos. Its also tucked away enough from the hustle and bustle to give a quiet and calming vibe. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub are great.

Comfortable space and lots of extras

Didnt get to use the hot tub or fireplace due to schedule and cooler weather during our 2 night stay, but would definitely recommend this cozy space for anyone looking for a quick getaway.

Anniversary Vacation

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is close to downtown, but still felt like a little oasis. The management was quick to address a small issue we encountered and resolved it promptly. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in Fredericksburg

We had such a great weekend! This location was a perfect distance from the activities in downtown Fred. Close enough to walk to food, drink, shopping, and yet far enough away to not hear the loud music late at night. Very peaceful place. Perfect accommodations for a romantic getaway!

Hill country bliss

Wonderful, quaint home in Fredericksburg within walking distance of cuisine, crafts, and most importantly, wine. Extremely clean quarters. The owners have taken much pride and attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay.
