After receiving your feedback, the homeowner would like to share the following:- We didn’t receive a direct message about the toilet issue, but when Evolve received your note, they followed up with us to make us aware of the situation. We followed up and checked the toilet, and it appeared to be flushing, so it didn’t seem to require immediate attention.- As for the checkout timing, our policy is to check out by 10 a.m. so our cleaning team can prepare the home for the next guest. Delays past this time can impact their schedule, and late checkouts may incur additional fees, especially if additional cleaning or repairs are needed.
