Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.





*Work vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the community.



The Space:

Nestled within the Saguaro Estate's expansive 1.4-acre property, you'll find a breathtaking oasis waiting to be explored. The outdoor area is a true paradise, featuring a beach entry pool, a cascading waterfall spa, tiki torches, a firepit, BBQ facilities, and an inviting outdoor dining space. The misting system and fans in covered areas provide comfort on warm desert days.



The centerpiece of the outdoor entertainment space is a large lagoon-style pool with a beach entry and a waterfall flowing from the upper spa. You can bask in the sun or cool off in the shade while enjoying the beautiful mountain views.



Inside the main house, the open floorplan and glass walls seamlessly connect you to the outdoor paradise. Two great rooms offer comfortable seating, high-quality soundbars, and AppleTV for your entertainment needs. A sunken wet bar and a dining room for 10 ensure ample space for gatherings.



The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with top-notch Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, a gas range, and a spacious center island for meal preparation. The main house features three bedrooms, including a Master Suite with a King bed, private yard access, a 65" TV, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, open shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. Suite 2 offers a King bed and an en suite bathroom, while Suite 3 provides a Queen bed, private courtyard access, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.



A powder bathroom is also available in the main house. The casita includes two Guest Rooms, with Suite 5 featuring a King bed, a kitchenette, private courtyard access, and an en suite bathroom. Suite 6 offers a King bed, courtyard access, and an en suite bathroom. A connecting door links the two casita suites.



Additional amenities include 400 Mbps wireless internet, Frette linens, bath and pool towels, a fully equipped laundry room, and ample parking.



Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.



To reach the property, take Monroe Street South, until you reach Mountain View Lane. Turn right into the security gate. Last property on your left.



Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. Trash pickup occurs on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be appreciated, but it's not mandatory.



Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
