You will find plenty of space to play and gather at the River Road Lodge, a spacious 7-bedroom home located in Plain, just 30 minutes northwest of Leavenworth. This stunning 8,000-square-foot estate is the perfect place to host your next family gathering and to make memories for years to come.

River Road Lodge has 7 private bedrooms and 9 bathrooms to comfortably sleep up to 16 people. Two large great rooms offer ample options for seating, tables for card and board games, and billiard tables. Each room has a river rock fireplace for those cold nights and streaming televisions for watching your favorite family film or holiday classic.

Just off the central living area, you will find the dining room with plenty of room for all to eat together at the custom dining table. There is a secondary eating space off the kitchen for additional seating if necessary. The gourmet kitchen was recently remodeled and includes a vast island perfect for meal prep or buffet-style serving. Commercial stainless-steel appliances provide all the modern conveniences with a large dual refrigerator, dishwasher, four ovens, six burner propane stove, two dishwashers, and a wine fridge. There is also a second room off the larger living room which contains a commercial ice dispenser and a secondary refrigerator.

The main floor features three private bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a massive walk-in cedar shower. The second bedroom has a King bed with a full en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a twin bed and is attached to a communal half bathroom. There is another half-bathroom centrally located for all guests to use. An open workspace with two desks, high-speed internet, and a printer along with a laundry room with a washer and dryer are available for your use.

Upstairs you will find an additional four private bedrooms each with a king bed, electric fireplace, soaking jacuzzi bathtubs and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Each room has its own balcony with views of the picturesque forest surroundings. This home sleeps 13 in beds, additional 3 guests are welcome to bring a blow up mattress/sleeping bags and/or sleeping bags to sleep on any of the cozy couches in the great room.

A large wrap-around porch overlooks cleared green space perfect for lawn games or snowman building in those winter months. Grill out with the propane BBQ’s or gather around the propane fire-pit to tell spooky stories and roast s’mores. There is a serene outdoor chapel space for reflection in the great outdoors. Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is a steep/slope grade and when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended. No exceptions.

Winter Guests: While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.
